Sapura Smart School telah menubuhkan Persatuan Ibu Bapa dan Guru sejak 2007. PIBG Sapura Smart School ditubuhkan untuk memberi peluang kepada ibu bapa member cadangan dan rasa mereka terhadap sekolah bersama dengan guru-guru sekolah. Sebuah mesyuarat secara besar-besaran diadakan di sekolah. Ibu bapa dijemput untuk bersuara pandangan dan pendapat mereka terhadap sekolah Sapura Smart School dan bagaimanakah ia boleh diperbaiki. Ketua persatuan ini ialah Dato Dr. Zulkhernain Ismail.
